About Neftali “Neff” Melendez
About Neftali “Neff” Melendez career in the Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation and Fire Restoration Industry started in 2012. Neff started his career working for the largest independently owned Restoration company in the State of Florida quickly moving up in the ranks before leaving and opening his own consulting agency.
At the time of Neftali Melendez departure job titles were: Regional Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, and Appraiser. In this role, Neftali looked after/coordinated/managed/lead a team providing all aspects of Field Operations.
Neftali starting as a helper and was promoted through the ranks to Upper Management.
Neftali is qualified in all aspect of Water Mitigation, Mold Assessments/Inspections, Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration and holds Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration Certifications from IICRC (Registration # 192961)

Neftali enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughters, Riding Motorcycles, shooting guns, traveling, smoking ribs, fishing, playing poker ( I have won several tournaments) hiking and World, Human History.
